Elizabethville, PA–Manugraph Americas, Inc. pleased to announce their first new press order into the Peruvian newspaper market as well as new press orders in Nigeria, France and Canada, and press auxiliary orders in the United States.
Groupo Epensa of Lima, Peru, has ordered a 35,000 cph Cityline Express press consisting of three (3) 4/4 towers with manual unwind stands and one (1) F122 jaw folder. Shipped in February 2013, the press is under installation for a new regional production facility located in TrujilloCity. “We want to thank Groupo Epensa and congratulate our sales partner Ferrostaal – Peru for allowing us to enter the Peruvian market with our globally successful Cityline Express press,” said Ron Ehrhardt, Vice President of Sales for Manugraph Americas.
Ehrhardt also points to their sales partner in Nigeria, Hambleside Ltd. for securing an order for two new presses for Academy Press in Lagos. For their high quality textbook printing four-color work, Academy chose the Hiline Express, a 3-ink form roller, 45,000 cph press consisting of two (2) 4/4 towers with three (3) autopasters, Manucolor remote inking, and two (2) F222 jaw folders. The second new press is a 36,000 cph M360 consisting of two (2) units, two (2) autopasters, and one (1) F222 folder for non-color work.
The presses are scheduled to be shipped to Nigeria in September 2013. Both the Epensa and Academy Press orders will be manufactured at Manugraph India, Ltd.
Working with their French agent Technopack, existing customer Publihebdos – Impram of Lannion, France, purchased one DGM 430 4-High tower with remote inking, spray bar dampening, automatic registration control and new footprint shaftless drives. The equipment will be manufactured at Manugraph Americas- DGM facility in Elizabethville, PA, USA and is scheduled for shipment in June 2013.
Graphic Machinery Sales, (the Manugraph Americas – DGM agent for Canada), has sold a DGM 430 2-High addition to Black Press, Ltd. It will be used as an add-on to their existing line.
